Consentz Referral Program Terms & Conditions
This Consentz Referral Program replaces our previous customer referral program. For every referral you provide who becomes a paying Consentz customer within 6 months of the date they fill out the form on this page: www.consentz.com/referrals, you will receive one referral reward – currently valued at £75.00 (ex VAT) for each licence. Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. The referral reward that’s in effect when the referred customer signs up will be the referral reward you are eligible to earn. There are no limits on the number of rewards you can earn, so long as you play by the rules.
HOW DO I SEND YOU A REFERRAL?
All referrals must come from completing the form found on this web page (www.consentz.com/referrals) and include name, email address and phone number of both yourself and the prospect. Leads sent in any other manner outside of this method will not be eligible for the referral reward.
WHAT REFERRALS ARE ELIGIBLE?
Referrals must be brand new leads in our system. Only Net New contacts will qualify for the referral reward. You will not be eligible for a referral reward for referrals who are existing Consentz users, a second application for an existing Consentz user, someone who has terminated an Consentz account within the 12 months prior to their re-signing with us, or someone who was previously referred to Consentz by another person (including our salespeople and partners). If your referred new customer cancels within 30 days, you will not receive a referral reward for that referral.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REFERRALS?
Once Consentz receives your referrals they will be vetted by our Sales Development team to ensure that the referral is a qualified lead, which is completely up to Consentz, but in general a referral will be considered qualified if they are a clinic or clinician that fits our target and is ready to buy.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY REFERRALS?
You can request information on your referrals by contacting our Sales department via email (contact@consentz.com). You will be notified of all referrals that become customers and all payouts via email.
HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
All payouts via the referral program will come through PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal email address set up to receive payment from Consentz.Once your referral becomes a customer, we have a 30 day wait period (on occasions the wait period is longer and we will notify you accordingly) to ensure they do not cancel. After that period is up, your payout will be approved and you will receive payment on the 20th of the month following payout approval. If you do not have your PayPal email address setup, you will not receive payment.
WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Anyone currently enrolled in any of Consentz’s Partner Programs will not be eligible for payout via the Referral Program. Their referrals will be bound by the terms and conditions of their partner agreement and must be submitted via the proper channels for their specific partner program.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I FILL OUT THE FORM?
No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed to generate referrals. You may only enter details of people you personally know or that have opted into your marketing efforts. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume may result in the cancellation of any outstanding referral rewards.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T FOLLOW THESE RULES?
Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the Consentz Referral Program may result in the non-payment of your referral rewards.
WHAT ABOUT THE LEGAL JARGON?
Consentz is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you or your referrals while participating in the program. Consentz reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on this website and will not be directly communicated to any participants.
Consentz reserves the right to terminate the account(s) of any referring customer and / or referred customer or decide not to provide a credit for any reason, including if Consentz suspects that there is some abuse of the program by either or both parties.
By participating in the Consentz Referral Program, each participant acknowledges reading and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Consentz Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
